To help hospitality professionals stay relevant and maintain their competitive edge, XVMC provides short/modular training courses that have been specifically designed to equip adult learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their value, productivity and employability.
XVCM also assists in the design and the planning of the training facilities, development of curriculum and assessment and training of faculty. We support the project facilities in cooperation with the appointed specialists to provide advice and specifications in the following areas:
- Setting up training labs for Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage.
- Curriculum and assessment development and implementing standards and quality.
- Training of teachers.
- Assist/advise on Procurement of training materials and equipment.
