Hotel Management Program

1. Introduction to Management in the Hospitality Industry

2. Leadership in the Hospitality Industry

Designed to aid leaders in meeting the challenges and demands of the hospitality industry, this module focuses on developing excellent human relations skills, productivity, and flexibility. It emphasizes leading human resources, particularly front-line associates, and applying leadership theory and experience to the realities of the hospitality industry.

3. Food Service Management

Analysing the role of the front office within the management of a hospitality operation, this module covers service standards related to activities at different stages of the guest cycle.

6. Revenue Management
